How We Do It

All templates under are flexible for altering internal arrangements as well as external dimensions to individual requirements. Every item is customisable and any material within allowed thickness range can be used. Based on you selections and inputs, we will generate cutting list, edge banging requirements, drilling programmes/ patterns. If a drawer box or standalone draw is selected we will supply drawer runners and fixings. When doors are selected drilling as well as hinges and fixings will be supplied. Selection of shelves will drill holes to carcass sides as well as adjustable shelf pegs will be supplied. So which ever option is selected we will supply ironmongery to go with it. Item drawings will be shown to scale.

As this is completely bespoke service with an option to use any material we can not fix price for Individual units. After generating cutting lists, based on chosen templates, various inputs and selected options all parts are being optimised for cutting. Best possible scenario of how many boards require to be cut will be selected making sure waste is minimum. This will include carcases as well as standalone cut to size parts where materials are same. One carcass will be more expensive as a lot of waste will be left from cutting particular materials, higher quantity of cabinets and standalone parts will have less wastage which means higher value for you money. After all above have been generated costs for each operation is shown in separate Tabs.

Boards - Number of boards required for the project as well as patterns including cutting time.

Edge Banding - will show how many meters of edge banding including costs for material

Machining - Machining will have all items broken down individually with costs next to it.

Ironmongery - Number and type of fixings required will be shown including costs.
